Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACSF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300LD, RD3L, and SPO11. Each is linked with ACSF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSF2-to-partner and partner-to-ACSF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD300LD grouped by ACSF2-low versus ACSF2-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
