ACSF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACSF2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,007 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF391, LARGE1, and DCX. Each is linked with ACSF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSF2-to-partner and partner-to-ACSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF391 grouped by ACSF2-low versus ACSF2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
