Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSBG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,911 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACSBG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KHSRP, NUP155, and HDGFL2. Each is linked with ACSBG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSBG2-to-partner and partner-to-ACSBG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSBG2 versus KHSRP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSBG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSBG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
