Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSBG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,037 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSBG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEK2, INVS, and CYTH4. Each is linked with ACSBG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSBG1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSBG1 results are reported.
