Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSBG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACSBG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PAI-1, and eEF2. Each is linked with ACSBG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSBG1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSBG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ACSBG1-low versus ACSBG1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSBG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSBG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
