Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACSBG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,144 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACSBG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA processing, Negative regulation of RNA splicing, and Cellular respiration. Each is linked with ACSBG1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSBG1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSBG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of mRNA processing grouped by ACSBG1-low versus ACSBG1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
