Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACSBG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 594 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACSBG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMELY, PRSS58, and TNP2. Each is linked with ACSBG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSBG1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSBG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AMELY grouped by ACSBG1-low versus ACSBG1-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSBG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSBG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
