ACRV1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACRV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,733 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACRV1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MKI67_S1679, NDC80, and TOP2A. Each is linked with ACRV1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACRV1-to-partner and partner-to-ACRV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACRV1 versus MKI67_S1679 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACRV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACRV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
