Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACRBP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACRBP data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ACRBP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACRBP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and STAD show a favorable association.
LUSC, HNSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ACRBP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
