ACRBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACRBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,140 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACRBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G6, PAN2, and NEIL1. Each is linked with ACRBP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACRBP-to-partner and partner-to-ACRBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACRBP versus PLA2G6 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACRBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACRBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
