ACP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,902 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, CBX3, and ADNP. Each is linked with ACP4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP4-to-partner and partner-to-ACP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACP4 versus GATAD2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
