ACP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP4 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tcm, Skeletal muscle, and CD8+ T-cells. Each is linked with ACP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP4-to-partner and partner-to-ACP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tcm grouped by ACP4-low versus ACP4-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
