Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACP3 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher ACP3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, ESCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where ACP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
