ACP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,455 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB7C, MRAP2, and LIPH. Each is linked with ACP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP3-to-partner and partner-to-ACP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACP3 versus ZBTB7C in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
