ACP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,214 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC30P, MIR4472-2, and RNA5SP472. Each is linked with ACP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP3-to-partner and partner-to-ACP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6ATAC30P grouped by ACP3-low versus ACP3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
