ACP3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p62 Lck ligand, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with ACP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP3-to-partner and partner-to-ACP3 results are reported.
