ACP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFB6, VWC2L, and DBX2. Each is linked with ACP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP3-to-partner and partner-to-ACP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFB6 grouped by ACP3-low versus ACP3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
