ACOXL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOXL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,086 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOXL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPI1_S80, MMP14, and PLOD1. Each is linked with ACOXL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOXL-to-partner and partner-to-ACOXL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOXL versus TPI1_S80 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOXL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOXL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
