ACOXL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOXL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOXL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD9, GOT1, and AUNIP. Each is linked with ACOXL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOXL-to-partner and partner-to-ACOXL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 grouped by ACOXL-low versus ACOXL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOXL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOXL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
