ACOX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,903 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GAK, HTT, and LRBA. Each is linked with ACOX3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOX3-to-partner and partner-to-ACOX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOX3 versus GAK in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
