ACOX3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,569 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BLOC1S4, VRK1, and SMC4. Each is linked with ACOX3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOX3-to-partner and partner-to-ACOX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOX3 versus BLOC1S4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
