ACOX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,275 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAR1A, MCMBP, and IGHD6-13. Each is linked with ACOX3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOX3-to-partner and partner-to-ACOX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAR1A grouped by ACOX3-low versus ACOX3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
