ACOX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACOX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNPH, C6orf118, and PLVAP. Each is linked with ACOX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOX3-to-partner and partner-to-ACOX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNPH grouped by ACOX3-low versus ACOX3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
