ACOT8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,705 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOMM34, ADNP, and CSE1L. Each is linked with ACOT8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT8-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOT8 versus TOMM34 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
