ACOT8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,554 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSA, TMEM220, and FHL5. Each is linked with ACOT8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT8-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOT8 versus CTSA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
