ACOT8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, MSH6, and PDCD4. Each is linked with ACOT8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT8-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by ACOT8-low versus ACOT8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
