Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACOT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,947 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Insulin receptor recycling, Positive regulation by virus of viral protein levels in host cell, and Protein-containing complex disassembly. Each is linked with ACOT8 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT8-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT8 results are reported.
