Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACOT7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACOT7 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ACOT7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACOT7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and STAD are the cancer types where ACOT7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
