ACOT7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,751 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANLN, STMN1, and CENPI. Each is linked with ACOT7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT7-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOT7 versus ANLN in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
