Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACOT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,479 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle midzone assembly, Chromosome segregation, and Mitotic spindle elongation. Each is linked with ACOT7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT7-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT7 results are reported.
