ACOT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA4, TMEM38A, and MIR7702. Each is linked with ACOT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT4-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPA4 grouped by ACOT4-low versus ACOT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
