ACOT13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 493 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P27, RNU1-44P, and RNA5SP451. Each is linked with ACOT13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT13-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P27 grouped by ACOT13-low versus ACOT13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
