ACO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,891 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFN1, SPINDOC, and CD276. Each is linked with ACO2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACO2-to-partner and partner-to-ACO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACO2 versus PFN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
