ACO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,825 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE1A, MAN1C1, and ADH1B. Each is linked with ACO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACO1-to-partner and partner-to-ACO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACO1 versus PDE1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
