ACKR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACKR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,604 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACKR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP8B1, FYCO1, and CRIM1. Each is linked with ACKR2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACKR2-to-partner and partner-to-ACKR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACKR2 versus CYP8B1 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACKR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACKR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
