ACIN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,748 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHD8, NRDE2, and TREM1. Each is linked with ACIN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACIN1-to-partner and partner-to-ACIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACIN1 versus CHD8 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
