ACIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,833 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf46, CENPS-CORT, and MED18. Each is linked with ACIN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACIN1-to-partner and partner-to-ACIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4orf46 grouped by ACIN1-low versus ACIN1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
