Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACER3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACER3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ACER3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACER3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.

BRCA and BLCA are the cancer types where ACER3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
