ACER3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACER3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,667 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACER3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP1, PICALM, and RBL2_S8. Each is linked with ACER3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACER3-to-partner and partner-to-ACER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACER3 versus INPP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
