ACER3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACER3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,660 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6766, POM121L10P, and RBMY1E. Each is linked with ACER3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACER3-to-partner and partner-to-ACER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6766 grouped by ACER3-low versus ACER3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
