ACER3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACER3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with ACER3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACER3-to-partner and partner-to-ACER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by ACER3-low versus ACER3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
