Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACD RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 14,052 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACD-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, CDH8, and SPAG17. Each is linked with ACD in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACD-to-partner and partner-to-ACD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by ACD-low versus ACD-high in LIHC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
