ACBD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACBD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,778 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACBD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH2, MSH6, and TOP2A_S1106. Each is linked with ACBD7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACBD7-to-partner and partner-to-ACBD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACBD7 versus MSH2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACBD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACBD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
