ACBD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACBD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACBD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P19, RNU7-21P, and TTTY23B. Each is linked with ACBD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACBD6-to-partner and partner-to-ACBD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN14P19 grouped by ACBD6-low versus ACBD6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACBD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACBD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
