Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,367 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL5, MRE11, and NCOR1. Each is linked with ACAT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAT1-to-partner and partner-to-ACAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAT1 versus CUL5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
