Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,237 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBFOX2, KIF20A, and KIF18A. Each is linked with ACAT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAT1-to-partner and partner-to-ACAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAT1 versus RBFOX2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
