ACAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,115 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8H2, RNA5SP419, and MIR8062. Each is linked with ACAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAT1-to-partner and partner-to-ACAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8H2 grouped by ACAT1-low versus ACAT1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
