Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,487 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Acetyl-CoA catabolic process, Platelet activating factor catabolic process, and Ether catabolic process. Each is linked with ACAT1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAT1-to-partner and partner-to-ACAT1 results are reported.
