ACAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,891 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFYVE19, MED9, and TLCD3A. Each is linked with ACAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ACAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE19 grouped by ACAP1-low versus ACAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
