ACADVL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACADVL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,560 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACADVL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF167, GPS2, and SAT2. Each is linked with ACADVL in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACADVL-to-partner and partner-to-ACADVL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACADVL versus RNF167 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACADVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACADVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
